2. Program Nature & Eligibility

LEAD Collective is a curated, invite-only leadership ecosystem. UMO Design Foundation reserves the right to review applications, select participants, and decline participation at its discretion, without obligation to provide justification.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, updated, and truthful information when submitting any form or application. Any false or misleading information may result in withdrawal or denial of access to the program.

4. Payment & Confirmation

Where applicable, participation fees must be paid in full within the timeframe specified in your official invitation. Fees are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by UMO.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to the cancellation terms provided in your invitation or payment confirmation. UMO reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events, sessions, or components of LEAD Collective, and will communicate changes in a timely manner.

6. Confidentiality & Conduct

LEAD Collective operates under a confidential, high-trust environment. By participating, you agree to:

• Respect Chatham House-style confidentiality
• Maintain professionalism and respect toward other members
• Not disclose identities, affiliations, or sensitive discussions outside the group

Violation of this clause may result in removal from the program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, recordings, branding, and resources provided by UMO Design Foundation or its facilitators are protected intellectual property. You agree not to copy, distribute, resell, or publicly reproduce any content without written permission.

8. Website Usage

You agree not to misuse, hack, or interfere with website functionality, infrastructure, or data. All content on the website is owned by UMO unless otherwise stated.

9. Liability Limitation

UMO Design Foundation is not liable for losses resulting from program decisions, travel-related risks, or damages arising from delays, cancellations, or third-party dependencies. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

10. Amendments

UMO Design Foundation may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.
